The Micro Modular Bearing Press Kit is designed with smaller hub and suspension bearings in mind. With drifts to service bearings with an inside diameter of 13 millimeters and smaller this is a great choice for those smaller more delicate bearings. The press head features a true thrust bearing, this unique feature keeps the press action super smooth and cuts down on the effort required. The thrust bearing isolates all of the torque from the compression which allows your bearing to go in square. It works so well that you don't need even need handles. The press head has a 6mm hex in the top of the press head so you can use it as a bail out gear in case you find something that is fitting excessively tight. Drifts included to precisely fit bearing sizes: 608 609 619 688 6000 6001 6701 6800 6801 6802 6900 6901 6902

This press is the backbone of any modern shop. Bearing related work is becoming more and more common on modern bikes and no shop, professional or amature should pass over these tools. The Modular bearing press starts with the press head. Where most manufactures just have a glorified nut we went further by adding a massive thrust bearing. Not a wimpy little plastic washer either, an actual bearing with balls and races. What this means is that the pressing action is almost completely isolated from the torque, creating a super smooth pressing action that requires noticeably less effort. Then we added a pair of 5" machined handles for a little extra leverage. We use a 1/2" acme thread for our press shaft, which means a more robust thread and less turning due to it's coarser thread. It also means we have a single diameter to work with and can size our drifts to this dimension, this means your bearings are more likely to go in straight. At the other end of the press is our new Quick Nut. This simple part allows you to slide the nut over the press shaft to the desired location and then click it into place and press away. No endless turning, no pinch hazard and no wasted time. Be aware, the quick nut does require a few uses to fully break in. Kit includes a complete handled press head, 12" press shaft (1/2" diameter), quick nut and these drifts: - PF30/1.125" headset - 24mm bottom bracket drifts - 22mm bottom bracket drift, for non drive GXP bottom bracket - 28.9mm bottom bracket drift, for SRAM DUB - 6806 drift for BB30 bottom brackets - 1.5" headset drift - Centering cone We always recommend installing bearings one at a time to ensure they go in straight and don't damage the bearings, components or the tools. Use the centering cone in the empty side of the hub/frame/linkage to keep the press concentric with the bore.

When cartridge bearings became common in bicycles in the mid 90's they didn't come with tools to service them. Over the years tools have gotten better and now we have another big step forward in bearing removal. The removers use an expanding cone that goes behind the bearing and allows you to remove it while tightening the nut. This pulls the bearing into the black cup smoothly with minimal effort. No hammers, no punches, most importantly no damage to your parts. Be sure to watch the video instructions to see how to use this tool properly. - Compatible with bearing Inside Diameters (ID) from 12 to 20 millimeters. - Compatible with Bearing Outside Diameters from 24 to 37 millimeters. - Commonly used for hubs and suspension linkage bearings. Abbey acquired the design from Noble Tools and putting them back into production. The design is unchanged and parts are backwards compatible with tools made by Noble. Designed by Noble Tools, Made in Bend Oregon, USA

Many athletes are fortunate enough to be able to ride nearly anything. For those that are sensitive to bike fit though, replicating fit to a new bike or confirming fit after travel can be a challenge involving lots of trial and error. This set of tools allows accurate and repeatable measurements for saddle height, angle and setback. The accuracy and repeatable measurements also serve as a base to make adjustments to fit. -The magnetic saddle height bullets ensure you get an accurate center at the BB by locating in the crank arm fixing bolt or the crank arm preload cap of Shimano caps. This allows you to focus on the smart end of the tape measure at the saddle plate. -Two reference marks on the saddle plate means you can pull a measurement to the exact same spot relative to the nose of the saddle every time. This gives you accuracy down to a single millimeter. -The front of the saddle plate is engraved with a ruler, to allow you to calculate saddle setback at the saddle. This allows you to drop the plumb bob off the side of the bike and clear all of the bottle cages. -The wide plate has ample room to mount a level, protractor or smart phone for adjusting the angle of the saddle. This is particularly helpful for non traditional saddles like SMP and Adamo.

Suspension service is a specialty within bicycle repair, and it takes specialized tools to perform this work. One of the things that any factory tech will tell you is nice to have are sockets specifically made or altered for the low profile hex on the top of each fork leg. The lead-in or chamfer on a standard socket will greatly decrease the contact between tool and part and can easily scratch or deform those nuts. For years shops have been grinding down their sockets to remove the chamfer. The problem is that you're still often left with a loose-fitting socket that is still prone to chewing up those delicate parts. That's why we started from scratch. We made our sockets from billet aluminum to exacting tolerances to keep these parts in good shape. Fully CNC-machined with zero lead-in, they make the specialty that is suspension service a little bit easier. They feature a 3/8" square drive for use with your favorite torque wrench as well as finger splines to help run the top caps into the fork legs with those oil soaked hands. We also kept them short (1" or 25mm for all sizes) to reduce the chance of them slipping off of the top cap under torque. - Made from billet aluminum to exacting tolerances to keep form damaging the suspension - Finger splines so you can thread it easily by hand - 3/8" square drive - Short (1"/25mm for all sizes) to reduce the chance of them coming off of the top cap under torque - Made in Bend, Oregon Applications - 24mm socket - used on SRAM top caps - 26mm socket - used on Marzocchi and Reverb sealheads - 27mm socket - used on Fox and X-Fusion top caps - 30mm socket - used on the RS-1 SRAM sealhead removal tool as well as a handful of other forks. - 6-size set covers most modern suspension forks on the market: 24, 26, 27, 28, 30 and 32mm

The unique thing about our Saw Guide is that the clamp is open, so you can slide it around the steer tube instead of having to slide it over the end. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal but it means you can get an accurate and square cut without taking the fork off the bike and more importantly without taking all the cables out of the bike. Use this tool once for that application and it's paid for itself. Of course it will work on normal steer tubes as well and give you a nice square cut every time. The guide is two sided, one side for standard toothed metal cutting blades and the opposite side is wider for abrasive blades used to cut composites. You can also use the guide in a vise like you're probably use to and it's pretty compact if you want to travel with it. Compatible with 1" and 1.125" steer tubes Currently not compatible with cutting handlebars!

While most other manufacturers cast or forge their bottom bracket tools, we machine ours for greater precision. Whenever you're dealing with anodized surfaces, great care needs to be taken to keep those surfaces from getting marred, gouged, and stripped out. That can be nearly impossible with some spanner style tools, and difficult with other loose-fitting sockets. The most unique feature about this tool is the inner nub; that nub in the center of the tool is the same size as the crank spindle. What this does is give you a second point of contact that keeps the tool from coming off of the part when trying to remove stubborn cups. This dual sided socket is designed to work with the new Shimano DA-9000/XTR-BB93 bottom bracket as well 6800 Ultegra and 5800 105 11spd groups (BBR-60).

The Whip-It maximizes function and simplicity. Made from a 12-inch length of stainless steel, it gives you enough leverage to loosen even the most stubborn cassettes. The Whip-It's round handle provides comfort surpassing other flatbar-style chain whips on the market. The icing on the cake is that Abbey's signature tool, the Crombie, stores inside the handle of the Whip-It; this means the two tools you use together get stored together and travel together, creating less clutter in your tool box.
