Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we'll provide a free, no-obligation estimate and fast, reliable completion of all service.
We service all types and brands of bikes and maintain a large inventory of in-stock replacement parts to keep you rolling.
TUNE-UP PACKAGES
Servicing your bike regularly will keep it performing at its highest level. We offer a number of different tune-up packages, depending on the amount of work your bike needs. Not sure if your bike needs work? Bring it in for a free inspection and if it needs service, we will help you decide on the best package. Our most popular package is the Complete Tune-Up, it includes everything needed to get most bikes rolling safely and smoothly.

SUSPENSION SERVICE
Keep on top of your suspension maintenance, you'll thank yourself later! Most manufacturers recommend service intervals of approximately 50 hours and 100-200 hours (depending on brand / model).
For most forks, service to the lowers with new seals/wipers and oil should be performed every 50 hours and a full rebuild including damper after 100-200 hours. Air Shocks should have the air canister service completed (with new seals and fluid) every 50 hours, with a full rebuild (including damper) at 100-200 hours.
These intervals depend on a number of variables, your suspension may require more frequent maintenance depending on use and riding conditions.

E-BIKE DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIR
We are an authorized service centre for many leading e-bike brands; including Specialized, Norco, Rocky Mountain, Transition and BMC. We are equipped with the hardware and software to diagnose, customize and update these bikes, working closely with the manufacturers.
We do not install or service third-party e-bike kits.
COMPLIMENTARY WARRANTY TUNE-UP
With the purchase of a new bike, Rock City Cycles will do all break-in related adjustments at no charge within the first year of ownership. This includes, where applicable; basic derailleur and brake adjustment, inflating tires and checking all bolts. Wear and tear, however, are not covered. Replacement of brake pads, cables, and broken parts is considered wear and tear and will result in additional costs.
